Do I need an account to order?
No. Choose your exact phone model, add it to your bag or select Buy now, then check out as a guest with PayPal or card. OT Case uses our shared OneTwo checkout at moodincase.com; your order stays an OT Case order.
Which iPhone models can I choose?
Our current selector supports iPhone 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 models, including the Pro, Pro Max and Plus versions listed on each product page. Only order the exact model listed in your iPhone settings; not every variant in every series is offered.
What does OT Case mean?
OT comes from OneTwo, the name behind OneTwo Tech Inc., and overtime. Our phone cases turn familiar workday moments into playful printed designs.
How much are the cases?
Every OT Case design is $19.90 USD. Eligible standard U.S. shipping and applicable sales tax are included. Two cases cost $39.80.
How do I choose the right phone model?
On an iPhone, open Settings, then General, then About, and read Model Name. Select that exact model on the product page. Product mockups illustrate the design; the actual camera opening follows your selected model.
Can I buy two different models?
Yes. Choose the model for the first case, add it to your bag, then repeat for the second. Each line keeps its own model.
What if I do not like my case?
Contact support@moodincase.com within 30 days after delivery to request one free exchange. We cover return shipping when needed and replacement shipping. Change-of-mind refunds follow separate conditions in our returns policy.
Where do I ask about an order?
Email support@moodincase.com from your checkout email. Mention OT Case, the design and your order number if available. Your checkout email is enough to start a conversation.
Are the product images photographs of finished stock?
They are design mockups. Final artwork is fitted to the selected phone model, and print colors may vary slightly from your screen. These are printed cases; illustrated objects are not attached accessories.
